This newly built Villa is well furnished and finished and with a well-kept garden all year round. It is ideal for 4 people (2 double bedrooms) but can accommodate up to 6 people thanks to a comfortable double sofa/bed. The kitchen is complete with everything you need for a comfortable stay. There are two complete bathrooms with shower. Heating, air conditioning and satellite TV.

The house, with independent entrance and private garden, is equipped for relaxation also thanks to a large furnished veranda with sea view, ideal for outdoor dining on the first floor, plus another veranda overlooking the sea in the master bedroom on the first floor.

Ideal for wonderful holidays from April to October, or business trips during the period November-March.

 

Guests will have access to the entire apartment with private entrance, to the covered and furnished veranda and garden. Private parking available.
