Mar.Gio. house is charmful and welcoming, surrounded by a green park with garden and beautiful olive trees, the ideal to who’s searching nature relax. The house is about 200 mt. From the centre of San Teodoro.
Mar.Gio. is a detached house on two levels, furnished and renovated in 2009, as a part of a private village with caretaker. The living area, located on the ground floor, consists of a living room, kitchen and bathroom. Upstairs, the sleeping area consisting of a master bedroom, a double bedroom and a second bathroom. A private parking for several cars is available for guests.
The strong point of the house is the covered porch of 15 square meters, furnished with a wrought iron table and 6 chairs as well as a masonry bench for 4 people (the veranda has the necessary capacity to accommodate 10 people). Also there’s an outdoor shower with hot water, well-kept private garden and tree-lined.
The cooking area is equipped with everything necessary for the comfortable stay of 6 people (plates, glasses, cutlery, cups for tea, coffee and milk, pots, microwave oven, fridge-freezer, charcoal barbecue). Furthermore, an beach umbrella and chairs are available for guests.
The house is located 200 meters from the center of San Teodoro but in a reserved and quiet neighborhood that allows total relaxation.
The beautiful beaches of “Cala d'ambra” and “La Cinta” can be reached on foot or by bicycle in a short time while within a radius of 20 km you can visit some other stunning beaches, both traveling north and south.
The variety of landscapes allows you to decide what type of activity is most congenial to you, from spring to autumn, with the support of specific structures in the area: watersports such as snorkeling or diving, surf and kite schools; nature trails and excursions of varying difficulty on lagoon paths, on foot or on horseback, trekking on Monte Nieddu and more.
Let yourself experience the thrill of ultra-light flight or a relaxing game of golf near the sea; San Teodoro also hosts various international sporting events every year that attract athletes from all over the world.
