The apartment is composed by a double room, a fully equipped kitchen and a living room with a sofa/bed and TV SAT for the comfort of up to 3 people. On the outside there's a wide garden with barbecue.
The location it’s perfect to enjoy the sound and breeze of the crystal clear sea, but near to it you can find all the services you’ll need (Bar, newsstand, supermarket, drugstore etc.)
At only 500 mt from the house there’s a bar-restaurant where you can find typical sardinian dishes and fresh fish meals (take-away also). The near little city of Orosei (just at 5 minutes by car), in addition to having a beatiful historic centre and other wonderful beaches, can provide all the services like pizzerias, restaurants and shops to fully enjoy your holiday.
In the surrounding 25km there are some of the most beautiful beaches and natural areas of the whole’s sardinian east coast, like Biderosa, Berchida, Capo comino, Santa Lucia, Posada if you go north; Orosei, Cala Gonone and others if you go south.
The apartment is more or less 80km far from the Olbia airport and only 20km from the turistic dock of La Caletta – Siniscola.
This place, like the whole Island, is not only for sea lovers but also a stunning location to mountain enthusiasts! The quality of the landscape and the alternating asphalt/dirt paths make it a very popular destination for bike lovers from all over the world. Furthermore, within a few kilometers it is possible to practice sports such as climbing, kite surfing, sailing and horse riding as well as classics like tennis, soccer, basketball, beach volleyball and others. There’s also a possibility of coastal trips by ferry or sailboat a few kilometers away.
If you are interested in visiting internal areas of Sardinia too, the location of the apartment is perfect to discover the history, manufacturing and typical culinary arts that resist in the fascinating inland countries.
The price is very competitive, expecially compared to apartments of the same type but further away from the beaches of Sas linnas siccas, whose main one is located only 150m away from the house.
From October to April the area is semi-deserted and is perfect for a relaxing and peaceful holiday. Ideal for fishing-lover, trekking and cycling enthusiasts.
