Beautiful apartment in a semi-detached house 50 meters from a splendid beach at Sas linnas siccas, Cala Liberotto, Orosei.
The apartment consists of 2 double bedrooms with the possibility of joining the beds to make 2 master bedrooms, a combined kitchen with a large living room with a single sofa bed for a possible fifth guest, a full bathroom with shower and an outdoor shower available for guests.

A furnished and large outdoor courtyard can be used to enjoy meals refreshed by the light sea breeze, or to relax listening to the sound of the sea and nature.

The house can accommodate 5 people maximum but is ideal for 4 people. The kitchen, the living room and the veranda are equipped for the

comfortable stay of 5 people.

It is an ideal place to enjoy a relaxing and peaceful holiday, but within a short distance it has all the necessary services for family comfort such as bars, newsagents, tobacconists, supermarkets, pharmacies, tourist guides, etc.

At 300 meters there is a restaurant bar where you can taste typical dishes and fresh fish of the day by reservation while about 5 minutes by car is the town of Orosei (about 7000 inhabitants in winter that exceed 30,000 in summer) which has all the necessary services such as banks, post offices, restaurants and pizzerias of all
kinds as well as a beautiful historic center to visit.

In the span of 25 km there are some of the  famous beaches of the Sardinian east coast such as Bidderosa, Berchida, Capo Comino, Santa Lucia , Posada to the north; Orosei, Cala Gonone to the south.The apartment is located about 75 kilometers from the port/airport of Olbia, and 20 kilometers from the tourist port of La Caletta di Siniscola.

The nightlife of San Teodoro and the Costa Smeralda are just a short distance away. more than half an hour drive from the apartment.

This place, like the whole Island, is not only for sea lovers but also a stunning location to mountain enthusiasts. The quality of the landscape and the alternating asphalt/dirt paths make it a very popular destination for bike lovers from all over the world.

Furthermore, within a few kilometers it is possible to practice sports such as climbing, kite surfing, sailing and horse riding as well as classics like tennis, soccer, basketball, beach volleyball and others.

There’s also a possibility of coastal trips by ferry or sailboat a few kilometers away.
