"Our stay in apartment was more than we expected. Stefano was very kind, first day when we arrived he made earlier check-in for us, because we arrived in Sardegna early in the morning. As we stepped in apartment an gift was there waiting for us and apartment looked very clean but most important of all, outside of apartment was more than we expected, beautiful garden and place was very quite, good thing if you want to relax in peace. Beach is outstanding, very suitable for kids and all people who love sand beaches and its just across the street (1 min walking). Not far from Sas Linnas Siccas there is beautiful city Orosei (10km away) and there is even an road which goes along the beach to Orosei, great for cycling. Maybe we visit this place again, but I would definitely recommend it to anyone to stay here."

"Hallo Stefano, vielen Dank für die herzliche Begrüßung und das nette Willkommen. Die Wohnung ist toll gelegen, sauber und gepflegt und mit allem eingerichtet, was nötig ist. Einfach in Badesachen loslaufen war klasse. Strand voll aber immer noch ein Platz zu finden und ohne nervige Animation (wie am Nachbarstrand) Wir danken für schöne Tage und kommen gerne wieder. Stefano war immer per Mail erreichbar und reagierte auf unsere Anfragen."

"Stefano è stato estremamente disponibile fin dal momento della prenotazione e ci ha accolto in casa mettendoci subito a nostro agio. L'alloggio è splendido e la descrizione sul sito è assolutamente fedele. Non abbiamo mai trovato una casa così fornita di accessori. Il complesso in cui si trova la villetta è molto curato e tranquillo (almeno così è stato a Luglio). La vicinanza alle spiagge più belle della zona di Chia la rende un ottimo luogo per soggiornare."

"C'était notre première expérience sur airbnb et c'est une vraie réussite! Le logement de Stefano est vraiment très bien situé ,au bord d'une jolie plage, mois d'avril ,il n'y avait que nous! Quel bonheur pour les enfants de se lever le matin et d'aller jouer sur la plage pendant que maman prépare le petit déjeuner :-) Stefano est un hôte très sympathique et extrêmement disponible. Il répond rapidement à toutes les questions. A notre arrivée dans le logement, de nombreuses petites attentions nous attendaient, ce qui a été très appréciable. Un logement propre,moderne et bien équipé ,dans lequel je me ferai un plaisir de retourner ! Un grand merci Stefano!"

"This place was perfect! Completely well-equipped and had everything we needed. Stefano was a truly lovely host and helped us with everything. Plus there was a nice welcome basket with goodies on our arrival. The sandy beach with crystal water is such a close walk & it is a really stunning setting as well as having the bonus of being nice and quiet. We loved our stay here and I can recommend this place extremely highly!"
